The thing I liked most about these cookies were that (1) they are bite-size and (2) they are packaged in two separate bags within the box. So, you can eat some of them and not feel like you need to eat all of them just because you opened the bag. That is so ingenious. I wish all cookie manufacturers did this!
I tried two flavors of the cookies -- Chocolate Chip and "N'Oatmeal" Raisin. They were, suprisingly, very different textures. The chocolate chip cookies were hard, but not too hard. They had your classic chocolate chip flavor. Tip: the chocolate chip cookies are awesome when crumbled and used as a pie or cake crust (I tried this a few weeks ago)!

The coolest thing about these cookies is that they are somewhat good for you! The ingredients in the non-oatmeal cookies includes quinoa flakes, gluten-free flours such as brown rice and amaranth flour, tapioca syrup, prune extract, chia seeds, and rice bran extract. That's a pretty healthy cookie! They use all real food ingredients and low glycemic sweeteners. The serving size is two cookies, which has 120 calories and 4 grams of fat. Not too bad!
They mention they sneak a little love into the cookies, hence the name, which is kinda cute. If you'd like to give them a try, you can get them on Amazon by clicking here: Mary's Gone Crackers Cookies.
